GYROTONER® Program 1

So much material has evolved on the GYROTONER® that two courses have been created and one new machine expanding the already vast array of settings. Angela utilizes both the original GYROTONER® and the new XS model in her studio and courses. This course will utilize a traditional GYROTONER® and the XS.  The possibilities are boundless.
